One of the biggest challenges with our space and it's renovation was electrical. The structure itself is all concrete and clay tiles. This is awesome for longevity but really hard for systems! We were lucky enough to meet Matthew Baird of Norse Electric. He was up for the challenge, but also soothed our worries with his meticulous work and thoughtfulness. His background in automation design really shows up in the way that he creates conduit systems -- it also proves our theory that sometimes the right person for the job has never done it before. Matthew had never worked on a renovation of this scale, but he has absolutely done an above and beyond amazing job.
